Defective or Damaged Items

Processing Time and Refund Method

1. Return processing takes 2-3 weeks.Returned packages must include the order number, reason for return, and other information. Return packaging must be intact. 

2. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

   If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

3. After the item is returned and added to inventory, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
4. For non-quality-related returns, shipping fees are non-refundable.
