Defective or Damaged Items

1. If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us via email with clear photos or videos and a description of the issue.
2. We will process a refund or replacement within 48 hours.
3. For defective items, no return is needed; simply provide evidence of the issue.

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If the item has no quality issues and you still wish to return it, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please follow these steps:

1. Submit a return request within 60 days of delivery and request a return address from customer service.
2. Provide a shipping label and cover the shipping fees.
3. Once we receive the item, we will refund 70% of the purchase price (30% is retained for the crafting fee on personalized items).

Processing Time and Refund Method

1. Return processing takes 2-3 weeks.
2. After the item is returned and added to inventory, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
3. For non-quality-related returns, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed, it enters the processing system and cannot be modified or canceled. Please verify all personalized details carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Free Replacement Eligibility

For packages delayed by logistics for more than three weeks or those that arrive significantly later than expected, we offer a free replacement.
